1) The MIDI channel for FL KEY 37 and REV 2 Synth were not the same. Can you help me understand why I might do this? Currently , each device has it's own MIDI ports. Am I supposed to create a MIDI-IN>>>MIDI-OUT loop of my MIDI devices, and if so do I need to terminate the loop somehow?

2. As far as I can tell, according to the global settings on the REV 2 Synth, the closest setting I can find that may allow MIDI-IN messages to configure the synthesizer, is #9 "MIDI Program Enable." I am new to this technology and programming the REV 2 synth is not something I'm looking to do yet, if that is what you meant and were referring to having the ability to create alternate settings for knobs and sliders. I will use the FL KEY 37 as my primary MIDI controller for now, but I was told I could use all three devices as a MIDI controller, including the "FL Studio Fire." Learning how to do that will be a challenge since all of this equipment is brand new.

I'm sorry if I made this more confusing than it needs to be. I'll update later after some more tinkering. Can improperly configured MIDI ports and channels damage my equipment?
