Expression pedal ramping too fast

Hi... I recently bought a FC-3 and I can get my Sonicake Vexpress expression pedal to connect, but the ramping is happening way too fast, getting to 127 in the first half of the press.

Maybe related, when I open the latest pedal configuration tool (v3.0), while I can see when it opens that there's a graph that allows configuring the curve, the moment I connect the expression pedal, it disappears and only offers a much simpler version of the tool.
