MR-1 PoE not able to connect Mac

Hi all, I have tried to connect the MR-1 PoE to my RTP network on my Mac but I am not able to success. I have been able to set the static ip correctly (with USB cable connected) and have made sure static ip, gateway and mask all are correct. Restarted both Mac and MR-1 PoE several times. Tried both PoE and external power from USB. I can ping it and it all looks good. Network connection lights and the blue light blinking. But no matter what I do it fails in MIDI studio on my Mac when I try to connect to Session 1 after I have selected "DOREMiDi-MIDI-2158" I get after a few seconds "::192.168.10.222:5004 didn’t respond to the connection request. Check the address and port, and any firewall or router settings. (14:12:06)" I do also have a MioXM and it connects with no problem. Is there someone there who can help?
