MTD-1024 won't power on

Hi there,

I've recently bought a MIDI to DMX MTD-1024, but when I've powered it on, the screen is blank. Nothing is displayed.

I've read how to upgrade the unit, so I thought perhaps I could put the unit into 'Upgrade Mode' and perform a factory reset, but this doesn't work. I don't have access to a PC, I only have a Mac.

Any help would be hugely appreciated, as I was looking forward to using the unit to program a light show.
