Question Regarding Switching MIDI Modes on DoreMIDI Cable

Dear DoreMIDI Team,

I recently purchased your MIDI cable to connect my KORG SP-100 piano to my computer. While using it, I encountered an issue: the signal through MIDI Out works correctly, but MIDI In does not function. The seller mentioned that I need to switch the cable from MIDI 0 to MIDI 1 mode.

Could you please explain what is meant by MIDI 0/1 modes and how I can switch between them on your cable? I would also appreciate any instructions or software needed for changing the mode.
