HUB-8-G2

Hello,

I have a 1 year old HUB-8 which runs v2.1.1 I tried updating it firmware to the new v3.1.1 and the upgrade tool produced an error saying "product model does not match" and it failed.

It says my product is "HUB-8-G2", and not "HUB-8".

The MIDI Stream Config for Windows tool cannot find my device either. After booting normally not in update mode.

Can you please help thank you.
