DOREMIDI UTD-10 USB DMX Light Flickering Problem

Hi!

So, I have DOREMIDI UTD-10 USB to DMX Dongle,

it was working perfectly for about 2 weeks with QLC+ 5 sofware
(Not flickering) however for some reason about last week my lights suddenly flickering, I tried all the basic troubleshooting, including connecting directly a single DMX light directly to the dongle (to eliminate cable problem if it was the case) but the results are still the same, I tried on different softwares and heres the result :

DMXControl - FLICKER

LightFactory - Skip, Can't find Open DMX as device

SoundSwitch (Mac & Windows) - Skip, Paid

Lightjams - Live interactive control MIDI / TUIO / wii - FLICKER

Laser Show Designer QuickShow – Pangoli - Skip, Paid, (Ouput only on paid users)

Venue Magic - Skip, No Ouput

FreeStyler ERROR universe 0 interface open failed

MaizeDMX - Skip, No Ouput

BlinderKitten FLICKER

The FTDI driver for my computer is updated to the latest as on the FTDI website (not DOREMIDI)
it was working on QLC 1.12.0 and QLC 5 Beta 3
for some reason QLC 1.13.0 won't start if the dongle is connected

my PC spec : i7 10700K, 32Gb 3200Mhz Ram, RTX 3060 Ti

is my dongle broken or is there anything else that I missed?
