UMH-21 error after 2.2.6 update

Hi

I just bought UMH-21 and try to update its firmware to 2.2.6.

Updater show that update is completed but. firmware still shows as 2.2.5 and...

Device looks having error.

I only connect DC-IN but USB- HOST LED is turned on all the time even I unplug and plug it again.

How can I solve it?
