Help with MPC10

It seems like a nice product but you sure don't make it easy.

there's a link to a Faisco tech support but it's only in Chinese so I had to come here and try this.

Where do I start?

1- Your pedal Config Tool Mac version is not Mac compatible. It's a unix executable file

2- Your ad says Mac and IOS compatible but there is no IOS software that I can tell ( maybe not even a mac one)

3-The ad says plug and play but it's not.

4- I had to go online to find a download page for the softwares and upgrade files. that page should be organized in alphabetical order so we can find the product we're looking for without scrolling through so many products we don't need. Better yet, make the download available on that particular product page. that's where it should belong

5- You don't tell us which version of a trs to midi we need to use: A or B? Am I supposed to buy both and try?

I was going to just send it back but figured I'd try this as a last resort.
