MSC-10 does not recognise Moog Theremini on USB port

The MSC-10 does not recognise a Moog Theremini at all, when the Theremini is connected to a USB port on the MSC-10.

No LED lights up on the USB port, and no MIDI messages are received by the MSC-10 from the Theremini.

The MSC-10 is working well in all other respects with other USB devices connected.

Is there anything that can be done to rectify this problem? Is this a problem that might be fixed in future firmware updates?
