Midi-thru-16 firmware update Mac

Hello,

• Updating firmware on the midi-thru-16 not working on Mac OS. The device boots into firmware mode but both Dore-MIDI apps don’t see the the device. Tried the firmware tool and the stream config tool. The device is connected directly to the back usb ports on the Mac M4 studio. Tried both usc-c and usb-a cables with the same ressult. The red light blinks when the devices button is pressed using a paper-clip, but the apps fail to load or see the firmware update.
