Q: How to change the IP address of ATD-1024 on Mac/iPad/iOS?

A: It cannot be modified, only Windows can be used to modify it with DMX-Workshop software.

Q: ATD-1024 cannot be used after connection

A: Please check the following:

• Please use our matching Ethernet cable, or use a Type B Ethernet cable to connect.
• Please make sure that the power supply is normal, the power indicator and the DMX indicator are on normally.
• If you are using a computer to connect the ATD-1024 directly, please make sure the IP address of the computer and the network segment of the IP address of the ATD-1024 Consistent (192.168.1).
• If you are connecting the ATD-1024 through a router, please make sure that the router's IP address and the ATD-1024's IP address Section consistent (192.168.1).
• ATD-1024 default IP address: 192.168.1.199
• If your router has automatic IP assignment function (DHCP), you need to configure ATD-1024 to DHCP mode.

A: Please make sure that the "DMX Workshop" software has been installed correctly; and make sure that the software computer and ATD-1024 are in the same local area network;
