This is gonna be long yall, but im in way too deep and i need some help, im fixingf to give up.. Here goes. I have a Boss VE500 vocal performer i use with my band. I have a Boss FS-6 Dual foot switch to change programs up and down and also have a FV500H expression pedal i want to use for volume. I also have an ipad with forscore on it and i have a widi jack going to the only midi in port on the device. I can also flip songs by choosing in forscore and each song is programmed thru midi to flip the programs. There is only one 1/4" jack on this ve500 and im trying to get 2 pedals connected. 1 directly and the other thru midi. The fs-6 is connected directly to the 1/4" ctl1/ctl2 /exp jack with a trs cable and works fine. Im having trouble getting the foot volume pedal to work into the ve500 but when checking it with the pedal config tool, its right on the money sending messages and the pedal works fine. I have a trs cable coming out of the exp pedal going into exp1 of a doremidi mpc10 pedal convertor. Im coming out of the midi out on the doremidi pedal converter with a 3.5mm jack and going into another widi jack with a 2.5mm jack. I have the 2 widi jacks paired up because when i rock the pedal i see the light flashing on both the widi jacks, so i was hoping the mpc10 would send the message to the first widi jack. and jump to the other widi jack connected directly to the midi in port on the ve500. I think the widi jacks are working because heyre both flashing whe i rock the pedal. I think I have everything set like it should be but it will not work no matter what settings I try in the VE500 on screen computer editor where you can see what everything is configured. has anyone else come across this issue and found the workaround and how to set everything or is this just impossible to run 2 pedals into a boss ve 500 even with a doremidi pedal converter? Ive even tried using AI extensively to get this to work and it aint flying!!! HELP
