MC-20 not recognized by config software

I just purchased a MPC-20 and the config tool software does not recognize the MPC-20.

I can see expression data in "Midi View" monitor software. The config tool displays "pedal #1", "Channel 1" and I can click the connect button and it displays "DOREMiDi MPC-20-9541". I upgraded to firmware 2.5.2 and the pedal config version is 4.0 on a Win 11 PC.

So at this point I am unable to configure the pedal in any way. It is defaulting to a basic expression pedal.

Any Ideas?
