MCV-10 not recognised?

I'm trying to connect a MCV-10 to a Mac running macOS Sequoia 15.7.3 but the device is not appearing in Audio MIDI Setup. Nor can I see it in the system report under connected USB devices. Also I can't connect to it using the MIDI-Wind app.

I've also tried on a Mac running Ventura 13.7.8 with the same results.

I can confirm that the blue light is on when connected.
