MTC-30 does not Generate SMPTE 24

MTC-30 firmware version 1.7

When in Generator mode selecting 24 Fps output, the MTC-30 is actually generating 23.976 fps, which is the frame rate for NTSC. When I'm connected to a system that only accepts SMPTE 24, I experience a time drift.

My MTC-20 generates a true 24 Fps when selecting 24 as the output frame rate in generator mode.
