MPC-10 bricked after firmware update

I am contacting you regarding a DOREMiDi MC-10 that became unusable after a firmware update.

Here is a summary of the situation and troubleshooting already performed:

After the firmware update, the device no longer appears in the Pedal Config Tool (tested versions 3.04 and 4.00).

The issue occurs on both macOS and Windows.

On Windows, the system reports:

“USB device not recognized – device descriptor request failed.”

This indicates a corrupted USB firmware rather than a driver or OS issue.

Recovery attempts:

I performed the hardware button + USB procedure.

The device now shows a fast blinking LED, which confirms it is in bootloader / upgrade mode.

In this state, the Pedal Config Tool does not detect the device

The device is therefore waiting for a valid firmware to be reflashed.

Conclusion:

The MC-10 is not hardware-dead.

The bootloader is active.

A firmware recovery / upgrade tool or procedure is required to reflash the device.

Advise the official recovery procedure,
