Q3:What is the difference between UR-1 Pro and UR-1?

  • In addition to being connected to terminals such as computers/mobile phones, UR-1 Pro can also actively connect to DOREMiDi's network MIDI equipment, which directly forms a local area network connection between instruments without the need for a computer;
  • The USB HOST interface of UR-1 Pro uses a high-speed USB2.0 interface, which is faster and has better compatibility. And the UR-1's The USB interface is full-speed USB1.1.

Q4:Can the USB HOST interface supply power to USB MIDI instruments?

A:Power can be supplied, but pay attention to whether the power input power of "DC IN" can meet the working requirements of the instrument.

Q5:The USB HOST interface does not work.

A:Please follow these steps:

  • Make sure the power supply of "DC IN" is normal;
  • Make sure the instrument is working properly and that the USB port of the instrument is MIDI capable (for example, connected to a computer MIDI device);
  • Try powering the UR-1 Pro first via "DC IN", then connect to the instrument via "USB HOST" and see "USB HOST" Whether the indicator light will be on;
  • If the "USB HOST" indicator is still not on, or the MIDI message cannot be transmitted after it is on, please contact customer service for assistance. decision;
  • If your instrument has a USB interface, you need to install a USB driver to use it on your computer, please contact customer service to update the UR-1 Pro firmware.

Q6:In slave mode, the computer does not discover the UR-1 Pro.

A:Please make sure that the computer is in the same local area network as the UR-1 Pro.

Q7:In master mode, UR-1 Pro cannot connect to RTP MIDI devices.

A:Please make sure it is the RTP MIDI device of DOREMiDi; also, please make sure that the RTP MIDI device is in the same local area as the UR-1 Pro in the net.

A:In addition to being connected to terminals such as computers/mobile phones, MR-1 Pro can also actively connect to DOREMiDi’s network MIDI devices. Directly form LAN connections between instruments without the need for a computer.

Q9:MIDI OUT/IN interface does not work

A:Please follow the steps below: Make sure the "MIDI OUT" of the product is connected to the "MIDI IN" of the instrument, and the "MIDI IN" of the product is connected to the Connect the “MIDI OUT” of the instrument.

Q10:The MR-1 Pro is not found by the computer in slave mode.
