MIDI routing in Merge-5 Pro

Hi. I have recently purchased Merge-5 Pro. The device has been properly recognized by Windows 10, and the merging function appears to be working well. However, I am not able to configure MIDI routing in the MIDI Stream Config application I have only just downloaded from doremidi.cn: after I click "Connect", the list of input and output ports on the "MIDI Port Routing" tab remains empty, as shown on the picture. How do I enable MIDI routing?
