MPC-10 Midi Learn Not working

I just received my MPC-10. I updated the firmware and it went perfectly. I than installed the new version of the software again it went perfect and windows detected the device. I even double checked in device manager and all looks great.

I am using an expression pedal that works. I use it with my Irig stomp for performance and use it for the studio with my AXE I/O.

I connect it with the software and it detects the pedal. I have the settings I have 1 for both pedal and message number.

midi channel 1 and the values default.

When I moved my pedal I get both the midi controller information and the animated expression control within the pedal configuration program.

So far so good.

Here is the problem I open Guitar rig and select the MPC-10 and have midi set to global channels.

I select learn on the volume control and move my pedal and nothing happens, even though the controller is moving in the pedal control app its not getting a signal to guitar rig. I even tried another guitar app and same thing.

I understand the midi learn because that how I have the expression pedal built in the Irig stomp is setup.

Any suggestions?

Because even though the companies software detects the pedal my guitar apps detects the midi device but not the pedal. I also forced guitar rig to channel one and still nothing.
